Summer is also the time of the year for sunbathing, swimming and right here in the area of Třeboň, in the region of ponds and natural lidos, you can enjoy these activities as much as you like. There are many natural lidos and vast ponds (e.g. the nearby Spolský pond or the Svět pond).

In the town of Třeboň, which is close (3km), many cultural events take place mostly in summer ( www.itrebon.cz). In the autumn you can observe the traditional pond fishing, which is really worth seeing.

The regional town of České Budějovice a well developed infrastructure and facilities is 25 km away. The most well known attractions of České Budějovice are the Black Tower, the large main square, which was founded by a significant Czech monarch Přemysl Otakar II. It´s area is 1ha exactly and in the middle the renowned Samson´s fountain is very prominent. You can find complete information about the cultural program of the town here:
